Welcome to the home of discovering, exploring and immersing yourself in the beautiful teachings and philosophies of Reiki Energy Healing.
I am honoured to share Reiki level one, Reiki level two and Reiki Master Degree training and mentoring, in person nestled in my Garden Room on the Hampshire Berkshire boarder, and Worldwide online.
My Reiki linage sits within the teachings of Master Usui himself. With just eights names between him & I. The devotion within our linage is felt daily, the wisdom of the teachings shared is honourable towards the ancestry, whilst also worshiping the passage of time & expansion of worldly happenings.

Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a tender & peaceful, yet very powerful & profound energy healing practice, which honours the hands as an extension of our heart. This Energy medicine soulfully invites us to connect to all body's of existence; our physical body, our emotional and mental minds, and our Spirit (also known to as our soul and subtle energy body). Each experiencing life as a different entity, but weaving together as one whole Self, speaking through different energy frequency's and rhythms to tell our story.
Connecting to the Usui Reiki energy healing linage is an act of devotion towards Self. An offering of greater understanding towards your unique experience of life and your Soul Story.
If you have found yourself on these pages, you may be here with knowing or intrigue, either way you are in the right place. Working with the subtle energies of our own self and the World around us is life affirming and life changing. Below I have shared the chapters explored during each training. Though, there is some room for fluidity to truly honour your unique resonance and connection.
At the moment all training is held one to one, and the hours can be split into various holdings to best serve yourself.

Reiki Level One - Self Healing
Reiki Level One serves as a beautiful introduction to Reiki as a practice and philosophy of life.
Together we will explore:
The history and heritage of Reiki (including our Reiki lineage)
What Reiki energy is in relation to our own being and life itself.
The four body's of existence, and how they become our teachers, guides and students of life.
Honouring our hands as healers (hand positions and symbolism)
Self healing practices & rituals
Creating and clearing & cleansing our spaces
Your Reiki One Attunement ceremony
Time investment : 5 hours one to one, 21 day Self practice after you have received your attunement.
Investment : £250 this includes 5hours 1:1 work, plus support throughout your 21 day Self practice.
Reiki Two Degree
Reiki Level Two invites you to deepen your knowledge and understanding of Reiki as a healing medicine. This training is for those who wish to deepen their Self practise soulfully for themselves, and also for those who wish to share with others professionally, as a practitioner/healer.
Together we will explore:
A revisit of chapters from Reiki one to explore a deepened understanding.
The three sacred Reiki healing symbols
Connection to source and spirit
Earth Medicine
Serving our communities with distance energy medicine
Honouring our hands as healers for the Self and others
Your Reiki two Attunement ceremony, where you will receive the three sacred Reiki Symbols
Each sharing will devotionally honour you as a healer (for the self and or others), as we explore your unique resonance to
Reiki Energy Healing.
Time investment : 9 hours one to one, 21 day Self practice after you have received your attunement.
Investment : £500 this includes 9hours 1:1 work, plus support throughout your 21 day Self practice.
Reiki Master Degree
Your Reiki Master Degree holds you in deep honour as you expand and submerge yourself in the teachings of Reiki Energy Medicine.
Together we will explore:
A revisit of chapters shared during Reiki one & two to explore a deeper understanding.
The Four Reiki healing symbols
Connection to source and spirit
Expansive Earth Medicine
How we as Reiki Masters Serve our communities with energy medicine
How we share attunements & ceremony with others.
