CANCELLATION POLICY
Your cooperation and understanding of my cancellation & rescheduling policy is greatly appreciated. I will of course do my best to accommodate personal circumstances, however to honour my own time and energy I do have the below boundaries in place.
One to one work & Holdings
Kindly note that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for any 1:1 bookings & offerings, and full payment will be charged if less notice is given. Please contact Laura at least one day prior to your booking to notify of any change. If you wish to reschedule our session (with more the 24hours notice) this is to be done within 30 days, otherwise full payment will be charged.
Gatherings
Ten days notice is required to cancel your place for a group gathering, and receive a full refund. If less than ten days notice is given a charge will occur (no refund for your ticket). Depending on circumstance we may be able to move 50% credit forward to another gathering or offering, at our discretion. Please also check the individual terms for each gathering.
DISCLOSURE
The Client understands that while Laura Routh-Parsons is a certified and fully-insured Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Pranayama & breath work guide, and Meditation Teacher (DipBSoM); as a wellbeing and spiritual guide she is not a licensed healthcare professional. Medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, nutritionist, counsellor, psychiatrist, aromatherapist, or other medical or mental health provider.
Laura Routh-Parsons does not medically or psychologically diagnose, treat, cure or prescribe. The Client should consult with their healthcare professional, GP or doctor before altering or discontinuing any current prescription medication, treatments, supplements, or if they suspect that they have a physical or mental health condition. If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client inform them of the nature and extent of the relationship and work shared and received with/by Laura Routh-Parsons.
The Client understands that in Laura Routh-Parsons role as a mentor, guide and certified Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher & Pranayama Breath work guide, and Meditation Teacher she assists and supports in exploring and reaching personal well-being and spiritual goals by sharing and creating lifestyle changes within the practices and philosophy’s trained and certified in.
If for any reason Laura Routh-Parsons has any concerns that the client may somehow be in danger emotionally, mentally or physically she has a duty of care to sign post the client to appropriate support. And if needed end or pause the work between Laura Routh-Parsons and the client.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the Client’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during any of Laura Routh-Parsons’ one-to-one sessions, offerings or advice. The Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the relationship, sessions and interactions with Laura Routh-Parsons. As such, the Client understands that Laura Routh-Parsons is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services or advice provided by her.
The Client acknowledges that this is a holistic and spiritual approach that may involve different areas of their life, including work, finances, self-care, relationships, education and recreation. The Client understands that deciding how to handle these issues and incorporating Laura Routh-Parsons' principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Laura Routh-Parsons will keep the Client’s information private, and will not share the Client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law.
