As I create & share space for individuals and communities I intuitively welcome together different practises, philosophies and rituals that I have expansive personal experience and connection to, and have also dedicated time and energy to taking beautiful trainings in. These include Reiki and energy work, Somatic Work, Spiritual mentoring & guidance, Earth Medicine, Yoga asana, Meditation, Pranayama (breath work), and Sound Alchemy.
