Reiki is a tender and peaceful, yet very powerful and profound energy healing practice, which honours the hands as an extension of our heart.
This Energy medicine soulfully invites us to connect to all body's of existence; our physical body, our emotional and mental minds, and our Spirit (also known to as our soul and subtle energy body). Each experiencing life as a different entity, but weaving together as one whole Self, speaking through different energy frequency's and rhythms to tell our story.
Connecting to the Usui Reiki energy healing linage is an act of devotion towards Self. An offering of greater understanding towards your unique experience of life and your Soul Story.

REIKI ONE TRAINING & CEREMONY DAY
Reiki Level One serves as a beautiful introduction to Reiki as a practice and philosophy of life.
Together we will explore:
The history and heritage of Reiki (including our Reiki lineage)
What Reiki energy is in relation to our own being and life itself.
The Reiki principles.
The four body's of existence, and how they become our teachers, guides and students of life.
Honouring our hands as healers (hand positions and symbolism)
Self healing practices & rituals
Creating and clearing & cleansing our spaces
Your Reiki One Attunement ceremony
Time investment : We will gather for a 5 hour group gathering & ceremony. After your attunement you will journey through a 21 day devotional Self practice which I will guide & support you through.
