A tender & peaceful, yet very powerful & profound energy healing practice, which honours the hands as an extension of our heart. This Energy medicine soulfully invites you to connect to all four layers of existence; the physical body, the emotional and mental minds, and your Spirit (also known to as soul and subtle energy body). Each experiencing life individually, whilst weaving together as one whole Self, speaking through different energy frequency's and rhythms to tell your story.
Energy work serves to support you in your needs and desires in the essence of moment. Together with acknowledging held stories of the past and anticipated future tales.
Working together one to one allows us to gather in true sacredness for everything you have been, everything you are in the very moment, and everything you are becoming. This serves as an invitation from me to you to come into your wholeness.

My Reiki linage sits within the teachings of Master Usui himself. With just eights names between him & I. The devotion within our linage is felt daily, the wisdom of the teachings shared is honourable towards the ancestry, whilst also worshiping the passage of time & expansion of worldly understanding and happenings.
Earth medicine invites us to connect to the guidance of the seasons and luna and solar cycles.
The elemental medicine offers wisdom and antidot from the spirit of fire, water, earth and air. Poetically meeting us were we are, providing us with guidance and understanding.

Sessions are 60-75 minutes long, depending on energy. If it is our first holding together we may run a little longer.

These offerings can be shared both online and in person.
IN PERSON
If you would like to gather in person I share from my home in Tadley on a Tuesday and Thursday morning, or I can travel to you within 10 miles. I can also travel to you in the evenings and on weekends.
ONLINE
The beauty of this work is that distance and space are not obstacles. We can come together via Zoom on Tuesday and thursday mornings, in the evening from 19:00 or over the weekend.
