1 : 1 Y O G A & M E D I T A T I O N
One to one yoga offers you the chance to focus your own practice. Whether your are recovering from injury or illness, want to focus on your alignment, emotional or spiritual journey, develop the confidence to walk into a Yoga class, or simply prefer a truly personal approach and setting. Working 1:1 gives you the opportunity to explore and deepen your practice. Connecting to your mind, body and soul, and your whole being. Practices can include Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga & Yoga nidra.
One to one meditation provides a perfect opportunity to focus on something personal, introduce yourself to meditation & explore new techniques or develop & deepen your current practice. Whether you feel as though you need a sense of release, clarity, or space and support to manifest, this is your chance to truly nurture and nourish your mind body and soul. Practices can include Pranayama (breath work), mantras and affirmations, loving kindness, visualisation and manifestation, yoga nidra and sound meditation.

All session are bespoke to YOU & can either focus on or incorporate your yoga and or meditation practice, Reiki, energy healing & sound healing, and Indian head massage.
Sessions are offered in the comfort of your own home (please check distance), or in Tadley Hampshire (RG6). Meditation can also be offered via Skype.
