A day to submerge yourself in the practices, rituals and teachings of Yoga, Reiki and Earth Medicine.
Our time together will be infused with beautifully subtle moments guided by the elements and the beauty of nature, as we journey through movement, breath, meditation, food and liquid nourishment, energy work and Sound.
Everyone is welcome to come exactly as they are, as we individually and collectively celebrate our unique experience of life. Calling forward our deepest desires for the new turning of the Sun and releasing that which we no longer wish to hold, under the energy of the full moon (on the 17th) .
During moments of contemplation verbal sharing is always an invitation and never forced.
